The breakfast options are freshly prepared with yoghurt, Scottish, locally sourced ingredients. The rooms are new-fashioned with shared bathroom, tea and coffee and the staff are attentive. The setting is good and lovely, close enough to all locations, and Eastbourne and the surrounding area. There is nearby Rother Grill to grab some food for the dinner.
